Despite the fact that God is so big and mighty that we cannot see His face while we are still in our mortal bodies, we can touch Him in a very special way. This is achieved through praise unto him. A real heartfelt worship to God enables us to key ourselves into the emotion of the Most High God. Our praise and worship to God, is greatly valued and appreciated by Him. Sincere praise is something we can offer to God from our innermost being; sadly enough, we neglect this often. We tend to concentrate more on what we want from God. We often forget that God has feeling too.
God is love, and
He wants us to appreciate Him and to love Him in return. Those whom the Lord
cherishes are those that worship Him; in spirit and in truth. Those who will
praise and glorify Him no matter what they are passing through. These are those
who love the Lord with all their hearts; just because they love God. These are
those who will stand for God no matter how serious their persecution is. These
ones; know God and are indeed close to him. Their worship to Him will not be a half-hearted
one, or mere lip service. This group of people; tarry before God daily to
praise and to worship Him. If we really love the Lord, we will endeavour to
love Him more; serve Him better and live daily for him.
When
we praise and worship God with deep rooted love, He gives us His 100 Percent
attention. Not only that; the more we praise Him, the more of Himself He
reveals to us and more blessings and victories are added unto us. When we
worship God, the Lord Jesus is glorified in God the father. For; He died on the
cross so that we can worship God and call Him “Abba Father”. So when you pray, let your praises be more than
your requests. When you Praise; God moves ahead to fight for you; those
seemingly big problems are nothing before Him.
Praise
God always. The bible says in <PS 67:5-7>, “Let the people praise
thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. God shall bless us; and all the
ends of the earth shall fear Him”. Promises and prophecies are remembered <Is
65:1> and the enemies strength become their weapon of destruction <2
Chron. 20:21:24> when a heartfelt praise is rendered unto the Lord. The
evil gang up against King Jehoshaphat and the people of Judah was destroyed by
God when He caused the enemies to turn and destroy one another.
Are you troubled
or under any threat whatsoever by the enemy? All you need is a heartfelt praise
unto the Lord God Almighty. No matter the strength of your enemies, you can
defect them and encounter victory through praise. Know that as you praise God,
He will step in and force your enemies into defect. He has done it before and
He will do it again. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but they are
mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. The battle is not yours
but of the Lord. God has never lost any war. It is time for you to turn your
fears to praise and your murmuring to thanksgiving. The result will amaze you
and you will surely become a living wonder among people. Start praising Him
now. The bible in <Psalms 150:6> says “Let everything that has
breath praise the Lord.”
Remember, God works wonders through praise.
